    Informative and enlightening, funny, somewhat irreverent at times, with a smattering of disbelief, all combine to entertain, reveal and explore the very real, lucrative, seductive pathway to spiritual enlightenment, the good, bad, ugly and genuine belief that so many people subscribe to.

    Towards the end of the book there is a section Crystals in Your Life, which goes on to explain how to use the crystals, how best to utilise their energy in your home, in healing, or when wearing as a simple piece of jewellery, and so very much more.

    For the novice or avid collector of these beautiful gems, Crystals, with its stunning images, clearly showing the gems, their colours and individuality, along with a well presented set out history and structure, makes this the perfect reference book for collectors, practitioners or anyone who simply enjoys collecting small, elegant stones of great beauty.

Set in the northern hemisphere in so far and the Lunar cycles and connection to the seasonal and nature are concerned, it is a simple matter for those in the southern hemisphere to simply reverse the chapters as required.

    Lunar energy is an energy that is, when used correctly, a very powerful force, but in so many ways the rhythms of this amazing energy are still not comprehensively understood.

    Complex and informative this handbook, as that really is what it is, has been designed to inform and aid all those who seek to go that one step further than moving around the edges of Chakra’s and Kundalini, and the energetic and healing properties that can be used via the medium of crystals.

    It is not a book that can be read quickly as the volume of information is almost overwhelming. It commences with detailed information on what is a Chakra, their colours, how many of them are there, definitely more than the easily recognised seven, and where they are all located in relation to our bodies.

    And this is simply the first few chapters.
